The “Fine Print”
All-Access Pass purchases may attend any of the sessions, learning labs, and tree demos on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well as happy hour, block party, welcome reception, and 3 days of tradeshow admittance. This includes any and all pre-recorded sessions released at the end of each day and is available online until December 31, 2022. Please note that tree demos and learning labs are not included in the pre-recorded sessions. Pre-conference workshops on Wednesday are not part of the All-Access Pass.
Trade Show Only passes may attend any tree demo, or learning lab, and includes 3 days of trade show admittance. This includes happy hour, block party, and welcome reception.
Previously Recorded Digital Sessions included with the All-Access Pass will host all education except tree demos, learning labs, and pre-conference workshops via the Online Learning Platform thru 12/31/22 for CEU access. These sessions are pre-recorded and will be released for viewing at the close of each day.
Registration and Badges
Registration is required to obtain your badge which is required to attend any TCI EXPO education or event. Please note that your badge must be worn at all times. If you have lost or misplaced your badge, please go to the helpdesk for a re-print.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation must be received in writing to Carol Connors at cconnors@tcia.org on or before 10/21/2022 for a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given after 10/21/22. If, however, travel or other restrictions are imposed after 10/21/22 that would make it impossible or impracticable for the attendee to attend TCI EXPO 2022, the attendee will receive a full refund of the registration paid less a $50.00 administration fee. No telephone cancellations are accepted. By virtue of your registration, you agree to the cancellation terms as outlined.
TCI EXPO 2022 Badge:
Must be worn for admittance to the trade show floors, all meeting rooms, Welcome Reception, TCI Block Party and Happy Hour.
Cell Phones:
As a courtesy to your fellow attendees, cell phones must be turned off or set to vibrate in all sessions and workshops.
Lost and Found:
At TCI EXPO Help Desk in the lobby or convention center security.
Children under 18:
Must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and must have a badge.

Luggage Hold Service:
UPS will hold luggage by the day for visitors to explore the city. Leave your belongings here while you attend your conventions, trade shows and workshops. The fee is $15 per bag per day. Pricing may vary depending on the bag size.
During the Trade Show & Conference:
TCIA recommends that all attendees, partners, and exhibitors follow CDC Guidelines while indoors at TCI EXPO, including on the trade show floors and during educational sessions.
Feeling sick unexpectedly at the show? Medical personnel will be onsite at the Charlotte Convention Center first-aid station to assist anyone feeling unwell.
Local Information:
The Help Desk, in Concourse A of the Convention Center, is open Wednesday 7 am – 5 pm; Thursday, 6:30 am – 5 pm; Friday, 7 am – 5 pm with information on restaurants and attractions.
“Suitcase” Policy
No person, firm, or organization, that has not contracted with TCIA for occupancy of space in the show, will be permitted to display or demonstrate any products, processes, or services, to solicit orders, to wear any identification other than that of the contracting Exhibitor or to distribute advertising or other materials during exhibiting hours of TCI EXPO. Any infringement of his regulation will result in the prompt removal of the offending person from the Facility.
Service Dogs
As a public venue, Service Animals are permitted at the Indiana Charlotte Convention Center with the proper identification*. If the animal does not have the proper identification, we reserve the right to ask the following questions in accordance with ADA requirements:
- Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
*Identification can be a visible item such vest or tag identifying them as a service animal or any paperwork that the handler may provide.
Photo Release
By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in TCIA’s promotional materials, social media, and live stream.
