Attendees will learn how to evaluate workers’ strengths and place them in the right roles. Through real-world examples and practical tips, this session will help teams work better together and handle challenges with confidence.           

Biography

Conry, Korey, CTSP, QT – Mountain F. Enterprises, Inc.
Korey Conry is a field safety supervisor/trainer at Mountain F Enterprises and has been in the tree industry going into his 5th year. He found his home in the Safety Department training and onboarding, helping develop the safety culture with new hires. He is a certified TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP), Utility Arborist through the ISA, TRAQ qualified, ATSSA Flagging Instructor, AHA CPR instructor, and OSHA Authorized Trainer. Korey has a background in wildland firefighting and was an emergency room technician. He also has a love for the outdoors. When he is not working, you can find him sitting under a Blue Oak in Northern California turkey hunting or battling dinosaurs with son Karter.
