Prepare for TCI EXPO:
Is it your first time coming to TCI EXPO? Here are a few quick tips to make sure you make the most of your trip!
If you’re staying in town, take advantage of TCIA group rates and book your hotel early. Find a room.
Make sure to download the TCIA Connect App to see all the agenda, sessions and to connect with other attendees. You can curate your own agenda in the APP, so you won’t miss any of your favorite sessions!
- Wear comfortable shoes! The trade show floor is 425,000 square feet of awesomeness!

At the Show:
If you’re thinking of attending three or more education seminars, consider the All-Access Pass. The best deal, this pass includes access to ALL seminars and unlimited access to the trade show floor Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as a previously recorded digital access pass that includes access for CEUS thru 12/31/21.
Once you arrive at the convention center, go to the Registration area and pick up your badge and show program.
Badge Pickup Hours:
- Wednesday, November 3rd: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Thursday, November 4th: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Friday, November 5th: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Saturday, November 6th: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Attend our Welcome Reception on Thursday night. Enjoy networking and the complimentary hors d’oeuvres!
Don’t forget that in addition to the educational seminars, there are also Special Interest Forums and networking events.
Do Good! Stop by the TCI EXPO merch store- proceeds from specially marked items will benefit a local charity!
Not a TCIA member? Stop by the TCIA booth and store to join and pick up industry products at a show discount!
No more collecting CEU codes! Your attendee badge will be scanned at the entry to each session, forum, and tree demo. Record of your attendance from those scans will be submitted to CTSP & ISA on your behalf to earn your CEUS. If you are attending any educational sessions, forums, or tree demos for CEU credit, make sure you have provided us with your ISA number prior to the session. You can update your profile online at TCIA.org. Once signed in, you can access your ISA Certification number on the “About Me” tab. Please visit the help desk at registration to see a TCIA employee to answer any questions you may have.
Following the Show:
Reach out to the contacts you met.
Post about your experience on our social media pages. Use the hashtag #TCIEXPO21! Don’t forget to send a link to your show blog, photos, video, etc. to marketing@tcia.org. Select blogs will be posted on our website.
Complete the Post-TCI EXPO survey, which we will email to all attendees. Your feedback and suggestions help us to plan next year’s show!
