In this webinar, Seneca Eldredge, TCIA`s Business Solutions Manager, introduces members to TCIA’s refreshed Mentorship Ecosystem, a flexible, intentionally designed set of mentoring opportunities that support professional and business growth at every stage. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how the ecosystem’s three pathways, Emerge Mentoring, Customized Mentoring Feedback, and Peer-to-Peer Groups, work together to meet different needs while remaining connected as part of a cohesive system.

Attendees will explore various ways to engage in the ecosystem, including participating as a mentee, mentor, customized-mentoring participant, industry expert, or peer group member. The session will help members assess which option best aligns with their current goals, experience level, and capacity, while also highlighting opportunities to both receive support and give back to the industry. Participants will leave with a clear picture of the available options, expectations, timelines, and next steps for getting involved in mentorship opportunities offered by the Tree Care Industry Association.
