A Training Hub can be much more than an onboarding tool. In this practical 30-minute session, learn how tree care companies are using TCIA Training Hubs to deliver consistent, blended learning that supports employee development, reinforces safety expectations, and drives ongoing engagement. In addition, the documentation provided by a training hub assists with OSHA compliance. Attendees will explore strategies for assigning training, tracking progress, and building a sustainable safety training program that extends far beyond an employee’s first day. This session will also provide a brief look at how training hubs can be complemented by leadership development, trainer development, and credentialing resources to support long-term workforce growth.
