Lacher, Joy – Xylem-Kendall (XKIG)
Joy Lacher is assistant director of learning and development with 15 years of experience designing learner-centered programs that align with business goals. She leads in-person training initiatives, including founding GF School, oversees eLearning design, and worked alongside the safety team to launch a company-wide LMS. Holding an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and completing an Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership in Organizations (expected May 2026), Joy focuses on developing people through relevant, outcome-driven learning strategies.
